Love it....I want to be there now COLD UP HERE !
I grew up "next door" in New Mexico... you're making me homesick.
Marvelous image!
Beautiful landscape photo, Richard. I like how the distant bluff is framed by the gulch in the foreground.
Nice shot, but the desert is making me thirsty.
It's a fantastic capture!
Excellent shot of this impressive landscape. Looks like a very dry area.
Nice shot Richard, it looks like rattler country.
Very nice image, need to get out that way.
Fantastic place my friend and this picture is beautiful !!!

Great view, nice capture :)
wonderful landscape
Superb scene....
cool
as you can see, I'm skipping all over your gallery. So, as I always say, it's in no way a statement about the pics I don't comment on: It's just me getting a "sampling" after being away for so long. Your talent for clarity and contrast comes out beautifully in this shot. The dip---the 'valley' here---is so full, with the brush and other desert growth carpeting it all. And the red soil is brought out through the shadow and brush. And, you have it shouldered on each side (the 2 'peaks' on either side of the shot) for visual blance. With a swath of sky to give it light. Plus, the extra added attraction of that mound back in the center. Whatever it is (I don't know the proper names), it centers everything. Fine desert landscape, for detail, clarity and mystery. Your pov takes us right into it...
I love Arizona, plan to go back and cruise Route 66...looks beautiful...thanks for the preview
