Description
A compressed nitrogen tank, that is.
Captured back on 5/10/11, early morning, near a utility box on a sidewalk about a mile from home.
Most ZOOM worthy.
Cheerio.

Amazing... Great shot also !!!
Fascinating contrivance on this regulator; I can't figure out how the lock works to secure it. And I can't tell what gas it is, but from the colour of the tank I think perhaps nitrogen. What its purpose is and why it's out there in public where it could be interfered with I don't know, trust you to find these inexplicable installations, Harry! Great capture, and now I'm full of questions.
An excellent shot of the padlock and all the other things there.
its the Best padlock!!!
The lock arrangement, the welding seam, the threads, the tank and chain details...all very fascinating eye-candy for me:) Thanks for the look Harry.
