Description
Enoplognatha ovata females with their distinctive blue egg sacs, which I disturbed whilst cutting down brambles.
A minute or so later they had relocated to a safer spot, as this leaf was due to go to the dump.

Wonderful mothers and a super find and shot Andrea.
Ouch! I hate to run into them.... Nice find. Aloha
Stunning capture Andrea.
God bless.
Some say that in Chinese, two separate characters are used for the word "crisis"...one character translates to danger, the other to opportunity. These sisters made the best of their opportunity to find a new home! Well seen.
Great shot of these teeny sisters. At least they made it to safety, even if their egg sacks were destined to be lost to them.
When we're cutting brush, I just load it into the back of the golf cart, tie it down, and take it up to the burn pile. Obviously, I'm going about this all wrong!
Marvelous capture !
They have no doubt just finished murdering their husbands!
Wonderful capture
glad they made it to safety
Very cool to see two of them!
Nicely done
You probably scared the pants off them (if they wore pants). You did get a superb image out of it.
the sacs almost bigger than these two sisters...; superb shot !! glad they found a new safety
Another amazing pic, glad they are safely rehoused!!
Fantastic macros, Andrea. Hope they will be safe.
Well spotted.
