My first try with the new DS 4.8 and IRAY.
Its slow, but I kinda like it.

Does anyone know how I can smooth the shoulder in the new DS?
Like you do in Poser with smooth polys?

Super render!! In DS, on the parameter pallet for your item, scroll down to or Search for SubDivision or SubD. Have at it!! ;>

i'm no help since i use only poser. his expression is one of concern it looks like.

Superb render! (To smooth almost any item from the top menu edit> figure > geometry > convert to subD Then under parameters choose the item general> mesh resolution> high resolution also can use higher subdivision level of 2 if your computer will handle it)

Really great work on this, Angel! I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the Iray renders I've been seeing. Once I get everything re-done here, and this computer rebuilt, I'll put DAZ 4.8 on it and see what I can do with it. I've heard some rumblings about the new Poser version - it's supposed to have a render engine similar to Iray in addition to Firefly.
