the Texoma Lake gates are open since the lake is over it's shore line flooding several places in Texas and Oklahoma.

While Richard, that river really is a super high
I've seen on TV how full it is at I35 and they may have to close the bridge. I've never seen it this full! Great shot.

Definitely a lot of water there! I I've seen several videos of the flooding in Oklahoma and Texas, many taken by folks flying drones over the flooded areas. Spectacular photo, Richard!
