Description
Captured 7/24/08 @ 7:20 am, somewhere around the neighborhood.
I cloned out most, if not all, of the damage inflicted by insects upon the lovely flower.
Toodleoo.

I love these colors... Marvelous flower and shot !!!
This would be dramatic in any border!
Harry, I really like the blending of colors in this capture.
Pretty little petunia and I see he still has some 'guests' on board. Nice shot, Harry.
This is categorically listed as a Sweet William.
It's a beautiful flower, whatever it's called; gorgeous colours and excellent postwork, Harry!
Some very fine detailing you've managed to get on this one Harry. Lovely shot.. Rob
Very bold, the whites and purples are very bold and forward, and the contrasts are very strong between them. A big bold burst of a shot, with a background suitably softened to allow the flower to sing to us powerfully. Though you left a lot of light in the background leaves, and they're actually quite luminous. I also like the rust colored bricks in the right. Bold work on this one, and I like that a few insects are still present...Another beautiful flower shot from you.
