I love the colors, the coast and grass are a nice contrast to the ocean!
Nice scene....
gorgeous !!!!!!!!
Very nice capture. Well done.
Superb! An outstanding photo.
This is one of my favorite places along the coast of Oregon also. Thanks for sharing these great atmospheric photos.
Interesting.
a very lovely scene. nice shot!
I drove as far south on Hwy 1 as Manzanita OR when I visited WA. This reminds me a lot of that... lovely shot.
Another great shot and that grass is holding it all together.
That is absolutely gorgeous, what a beautiful composition and postwork!
Wonderful and beautiful
I agree with the above, this is a superb shot. It's a subject that could stump many photographers---inhibiting them from getting a scintillating shot. But you have a mixture of sharp grasses yet somehow soft; the front sands are a deep rusty orange (with layers like that tree bark you posted a little before this), and beautiful rolling 'hills' leading to a murky moody sea. The contrast of the almost faded sea with the deep oranges and murky browns and greens is first rate. This is a close view of the mood you captured in your Arlene shot (just before this), and it's terrific. You've really caught the darker yearning mood of this place. (Btw, I realize I haven't fav'd anything: Well you already know this is one of my favorite art spots; I forgot to fav so I can keep commenting. I'd like to get twice as many shots than I usually do, because I want to show you my appreciation.)
