He would never grow tired of this amazing sight. Silently the crystal ships floated above him on the way to their destination on the mountain. And never in his dreams he would have thought to find out about the secret of this special blue luminescent spheres they were transporting. But he had visited the city on the peak, the name of which he could not pronounce because the language it was named in was to different from his. The builder of the peak city did not live there any longer, this he knew from the stories told but those ships still where seen regularly. Since his childhood he had been eager to find out what happened to the blue spheres and thus he had - barely old enough and outgrown of the control of the eldest - taken the long and cumbersome journey to the top of the mountain. Nearly a month his journey took him but he arrived - as planed - just in time for the ships travelling again. Mesmerized he watched them nearing the big water basin in the center of the city, lowering themselves until they barely touched the surface and opening slowly the lower basket. Gently the blue sphere slipped into the water and started to move and turn until after some time it seemed to dissolve. Thousands of little blue burbotlike beings were released into the water.They spread out over the whole basin and than vanished into the subterranean channels. And the more crystal ships delivered their glowing freight, the more the city itself started to glow again in a gentle blue light...
