A wonderful inspiration for a superb render and atmosphere!
Great job Jock, it reminds me of learning my guitar after school everyday. Well done & ~Cheers~
eeeyow---what a deep gaping painting. You've created a kind of personal grand canyon here! I mean, the musician is way at the top---and she's true to a guitar player, you caught all the right postures, facial expression, her falling hair, all of it. But then---whoosh: the painting opens up into a deep sweep of cases, with that lowest case just sweeping the painting right to our feet. How dramatic! You have such a fine sense of drama in your compositions. That low case is like a big canyon. I love the lid, how huge it is, it's almost alive. And, with Andrea, I love the fabric inside the two cases, including that red fabric in the upper case. It's a big sweeping image, and it has so much life; and the guitar player is so immersed in her music, she barely notices the life all around her! This is brilliant. What an inner eye you have.
