Finally able to post, after recent travel to the US. Arrived back home, only to develop influenza, and subsequently become very unwell with a chest infection, bordering on pneumonia... Now finally returning back to better health, after several long weeks recovery
Back to some SF, with a small tribute to many hours of adventuring, spent in one of my most favourite
games. Maybe more to follow :)

Once again, Deane, you set the standard for superb for the aspiring 3D artist. I'm immediately drawn to the hair... like BagginsBill's and KobaltKween's water shaders, it creates a level of realism that the rest of your image easily matches. You get a sense of "being there". Well done, indeed. Be careful with those flu infections, Deane: do what you can now to support your immune system, like sleep and water and optimal nutrition. The bug seems to have morphed into something harder and harder to treat... and get over. Because I work in a hospital and am over 60, I had the flu shot... you might consider it, perhaps, if you're not sensitive to vaccines.

So sorry to here you've been unwell Deanne. It's great to see some more of your work again. Excellent scene with a lot of detail and story to it. I like her expression, someone is hunting her and is quite close. Let's hope she's good with that weapon.
