Yesterday on the radio I listened to "Brain Damage," "one of the pieces of Pink Floyd that I loved most. I have dwelt on a phrase that has always fascinated me much: There's someone in my head but it's not me. The first thing I came to mind is an image like the one just posted.

This title is really true incredible visualized, and I love it that you added that water, it gives such a lot of mystery to the whole. For me it also could be a visualized kind of a real 'event' in the head of someone who suffers a kind of mental illness, such as schizophrenia, or a anxiety disorder. Imagine that this is reality, and it's a cruel person that will give commands to you, which you have to do under duress.

This is another of your brilliant conceptions; and it's brilliant visually, as well. You've created a head that's appears tortured by the thought of someone else...this man is holding his head, as if he's trying to figure out who's torturing him, or as if he's trying to shake this "intruder" out of his head...The man inside his head is a lighter blue, which makes the intruder stand-out through contrast. Really well done, Giuliano. And the man inside the brain is crouching, and he too seems tortured---he, too, is holding his head. Maybe he has someone in his head too, and he can't get rid of him. Maybe this is an endless series of people inside other people's thoughts, and it never ends... Your visual work is stunning: The man inside the head seems made of plaster, or rough-hewn stone. He has the feeling of a modern sculpture, naked and tortured. The larger head---the man who's "thinking" all this---is rendered in a magnificent marbled glass: The textures and swirls in this glass are just beautiful. Such rich patterns! And this head is coming out of a primal ocean. And, on top, you have a series of angled surfaces, like a set of marble crystals. It's amazing and beautiful. And it's as if the whole image were carved out of a transparent marble of the soul. Brilliantly conceived, and brilliantly executed. Your visual mastery is stunning.
