Description
This evergreen Candytuft is a heritage perennial which we have always had in the garden.
I managed to re-establish it after a lodger killed it with exhaust fumes by persistently parking next to the clump, but I have changed the location!

Man, how do you know names like "Iberis sempervirens Snowflake"? And then you top it off with "evergreen Candytuft"? Candytuft, alone, is a killer of a name. Well, your botanical knowledge is as vast as mine is non-existent. The flowers are wonderfully bold, with those flat-white hues and those 'slabs' for petals. You caught them all opened and right in our faces. With a cluster of stamens circling a little to the left. Like Denise says, pure and beautiful, and what a great shot. You got the essence of the flowers, here...
Beautiful blooms and photo!
