More from Texas.
Oh ... it's not really a pano, just a pano crop. :)
You really need to click full view on this one!!!
I found a terrific website for identifying all these wildflowers!
Texas Wildflower Index
Just click on the color of the flower you want to identify and look for a match. I've had wonderful luck with this!
Today we drove from Farmington, New Mexico to Green River, Utah. We stopped in Moab and grabbed a sandwich, and drove out to Arches National Park to enjoy the view while we had lunch. It's been two years since we've been in this area, but erosion is slow ... it's exactly the same as last time we saw it! :)

A fantastic spring assortment. Lovely find and capture.
You have a great sense of image composition !! This shot is very very very beautiful !!!!
Outstanding capture.. We fuss so much over our gardens but these beauties seem to be doing very well with no human intervention.
A wonderful shot Tara, whether it's "really a pano" or not - it has a very appealing softness to it...
Very nice shot indeed. I quite like the letterbox crop.
Very nice Tara.
You've reminded me that I used to grow those big white ones, must try again! The yellow one, the Ragwort, is poisonous to stock, but has spread very successfully in the UK along all our railway banks. And into my front garden. They look perfect together in your photo!
beautiful
Great capture!
Nice pano!
This is absolutely mesmerizing; you would have had a hard time getting me out of there! What a stunning shot!
Beautiful flowers! I've been to that website before. Nice shot and enjoy your travels.
Amazing capture Tara. May both you and Bill enjoy a safe journey. God bless.
Excellent capture! :)
Yes, full view is a must and it is so beautiful. Wouldnt mind having a lunch in the middle of it :)
This is a lovely pano of these flowers, Tara! Nicely seen and photographed! I'll bet you and Bill will be happy to get home!
Sweet shot of these lovely little blooms; it's been a great year so far for wildflowers, things are blooming everywhere!!
I just love those white poppy's.
Marvelous capture, love it!
Love this!
Really lovely picture :)
a gentle sweep of soft lights and seas of green. With dots of white and blue and yellow in the background. And even the poppies in front have yellow dabs in the centers (stamens). The front line of flowers make a sweet wave, dipping down, flowing up...and the bokeh'd background is like a sea. It's gentle and beautiful, and of course better in full size. (But all your other wildflower shots are too.) Beautiful wavy work, with a beautiful wave in front, made by mere flowers and stems...
Thank you for sharing this with us, dear Tara! what a great gift from 'mother nature'! Texas must be very rich, and your photo is a delight!
a very lovely shot!
whites, yellows, and light greens + good camerawork- nothing else is needed for a wonderful capture
Really delightful, I love it.. Spring has truly sprung there! Rob
