a grand skyline shot, with the Sacre Coeur dominating, but not eradicating anything else below it. The pileup of the city below is beautiful and intense, and the few other towers on the skyline---though small by comparison to the S.C.---continue the line of "peaks" in this terrific skyline shot. You cropped/captured the low end of the shot with those lines of the frontmost buildings---the verticals---which make a nice frame to the shot. And there's plenty of sky above to balance out all this intensity...Marvelous shooting and postwork. These are making me hungry to see Paris at along last...
