Description
The ordinary weeds in the back yard presented me with this surprise - I had no idea the pollen from these weeds would be this red on the legs of the bee! Thanks very much for your recent views and comments.

Ohh! Nicely done Maria. What a cracking shot. I have not seen any buzzers other than flies in London for the most part, so I am getting excited for the warmer months, to go back into macro mode :)
Excellent Macro,super,love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A fine close up view & yes, that pollen certainly is surprisingly & vividly red...
Excellent capture.
Great shot, caught that pollen stealing bee red handed!
Amazing capture. God bless.
Are you sure she didnt steal a sugar candy ? ;-) Fantastic macro again, Maria :-)
I really like this fab pic Maria. Expertly taken and a super zoom.
WOW !!! superb and perfect shot !!!!
Hehe! These aren't weeds, Maria, but wild flowers! A weed is merely a flower in the wrong place. I love that pollen, amazing!
Fantastic!
Buzzers? Marvelous closeup of the flowers and busy bee doing what it was genetically designed for - spreading pollen wherever it can.
reminds me of the sugar coated candies. great macro and good to see you post
How very cool! I've never seen other than yellow on their legs...Great closeup!
Excellent macro. Well done.
What a great zoom Maria and those red saddlebags are huge - a fantastic capture!
