Description
A crushing blow.
Top one captured 3/28/15, bottom 4/1/15, early am, at two separate locations in and around the neighborhood.
Apparently, since the vehicles are still being driven, there is either no urgency, incentive, time or money to get them repaired.
Have a nice day.

Aie... Aie... Great captures my friend !!!
Probably the result of iphone use while driving...some people can't disconnect long enough to get where they're going. I have a real problem with these folks, especially when they are in front of me! Excellent evidential shots, Harry!
So True!!!
Good catches. Since the tire on the van is a little thin on tread, I'd say they likely aren't attentive and have little interest in fixing or maintaining their vehicle.
