I like this one much better. The brighter snow allows greater depth and the added color of the orange leaves adds a brush of warmth to the image. Really gorgeous use of tone mapping. It is a great composition with a beautiful leading line, though I think I would have cropped out that bit of branch at the very top in the middle of the path.
