A great study in contrasts between the organic and the metallic. Fine work.
Great composition & lighting, as well as fantastic textures...
I love the texturing, and though the rope could be said to be soft and the nails hard, I envision this rope to be rather hard too. I assume you yanked the sharpening up to get those detailed nicks and furrows. Love the contrast in color too, with a well defined boundary between the two main colors. Great composition.
