Description
Quirky chimney pots...these are called crown pots. I think they were added to houses around 1900 and now they make good in the garden for holding plants,

Amazing view and fantastic capture my friend !!!
Excellent find and capture!
Cool capture, which kind of reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. The crown pots could also pass for chess men.
interesting and unique Great capture
Very fine !!
The salt glazed one is spectacular ! It's a shame people get rid of these when they get central heating. I still have a log fire as well as CH.
We have a pot in our back garden for flowers. This is a very potty pic Jean and capped off nicely by the birds warming their bums from the warm air coming up from below !!
Amazing pots, very nice and interesting capture!
very beautiful
I love these very European chimney pots!
They fetch good money at antique auctions. There used to be a good one round here - looked like the Duke of Wellington - it was part of the Waterloo Inn.
