Description
A few weeks ago I went down to the California Science Center near downtown Los Angeles to see an exhibit of artifacts from Pompeii on loan from the Naples National Archaeological Museum in Italy. This is the entrance to the museum.

I had actually been visiting and seen the original Pompeii volcanic remains, many moons ago - and this is where it all ends ...... ... nothing like I imagined popped up here right before my eyes and taken me by surprise ! - well, I actually didn't know what to expect ? but having said all that, the entrance is rather ingenious - it pays to look up sometimes and admire all those those planets/stars, like a Universe and then enhanced by the pink/mauve dome or cupola, might look great illuminated at night ? Wow, Be thinking of Pompeii and see all these balls coming towards one should be shocking! ;) It is an exciting capture and a very interesting and beautiful structure!
rather ballsy shot, Mark! Cool
Incredibly visually stimulating!
Quite interesting Mark and a super shot.
I would not necessarily it associated with Pompeii now. With a lot of imagination I can feel me like Galileo ... "And yet it moves ...". and then I am also in Pompeii.
Amazing... Fantastic POV also !!!
WONDERFUL WORK
Love the reflections.
