Brilliant Andrea
WOW great great capture !!!!!
Clever to see this & take its pic!!!
Do I see a spook looking down on the mid left ????? You can see it more clearly in zoom.
A superb shot. Looks almost like mercury.
Well seen ..it made a terrific surreal capture
Amazing and fantastic !
A wonderful spot and shot Andrea! I thought it was an artist palette after using a knife to drag the paint out!
An interesting capture developed into a very pleasing abstract work. Zoom view a must.
I would be beyond comprehension for me to leave a bucket of water outside here and have it freeze!
I agree with Klaus, it was my first impression too, I like this Andrea!
A really neat image, Andrea! I like this abstract and the cool blue colour you have captured! It's almost like there are tiny images to see amongst the bigger one!
I like this. What a great catch. Your post work just enhances the look.
Very cool capture - and here I thought you had crossed over and started doing fractals!
Brilliant! I love abstract photography, and this is a perfect example of why I like it. A part of me sees this as something done by hand, probably with various inks or acrylic paint or something like that. The colors are so amazingly crisp and eye-catching. I can easily see this on a gallery wall in some swanky River North location...walking distance from the other gallery, with that modern landscape stuff that looks like somebody sneezed on a sponge; this, I must say, is far more appealing! It's so visually exciting.
Oh, and it's really amazing how metallic this looks. I really like this!
Really interesting part of the bucket! Well done. :)
Fantastic! I think my kids are freezing their butts off not being used to these type of winters yet!
Very interesting work :)
Nice to see you do get some cold weather.
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
oooh, I love it! And I'm seriously jealous now, it was 60 degrees F today. We'll have daffodils and crocuses before long at this rate, and no good winter to be seen. I'm so depressed!
Outstanding subject.
Fabulous captures!
lol chip---looks like someone sneezed on a sponge...no (with him), this doesn't look like that. A scintillating ice abstract, with forms that look like molten metal, and a rich deep blue all around. In fact, parts of this look like chocolate. I like the larger version too (flickr), where we get to see the walls of the 'cavern' around it. A very pleasing and visually exciting abstract, Andrea.
