Powerful tribute AND Challenge - Ideas and Art will prevail over terrorism
thanks
After years and years of these cowardly attacks on our freedom (beginning long before 9-11), these demented extremists have finally pushed one too many buttons. Brutal, sickening videos of beheadings, selling underage girls into slavery, slaughtering children in their schools, mass murder of entire villages, and far too many atrocities to name - all committed in the name of their 'religion.' It's time for the world to stand as one and wipe this scourge off the face of the planet once and for all. If the only language these pathetic idiots are capable of understanding is extreme violence, then let it be rained down upon them without quarter.
Unfortunately they hide behind the innocent. Speak out, reach out with your art. We may not see the ending of religious extremists, but our children's children will. Turn that anger into something positive, an act of kindness and you will have struck a blow, won a victory they cannot equal or take from us. Us being humanity.
Seek and destroy!!
i agree with rod on the one hand and with you on the other,it is written that love and good will win in the end,but when i see the images of atrocities on the screens i have everyrhing but love in my heart towards those subjects.
Truth be told, history shows that if the violence was confronted swiftly with military action many more lives would have been saved. Honestly the savage within hungers for that vengeance. If I were younger I would 're-enlist and serve my country again.
Great idea and tribute!!! ;-)
