Description
We have spent the last two weeks tearing apart our bathrooms. We installed new mirrored medicine cabinets, vanities and new sink tops. While out and about today, collecting paint samples, we found a sand carving of Santa and one of his helpers. It is about 7 feet tall (2.1 meters). I know that I am early for a Christmas postings but I am looking forward to Christmas this year. We also heard a rumor that there was a 35 foot (about 10.7 meters) sand carved Christmas tree somewhere in Palm Beach, Florida. I'll be out looking for that in the next few days. It will zoom. Photo taken today. It looks like Santa is getting a tan in the bright Florida sunshine.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated.

and meanwhile the poor elves working overtime at the North Pole to have ready all the toys. Life is so unfair! :) Excellent capture, Dana!
Fabulous capture Dana I guess this is why they call him Sandy Clause

Lucky bloke!
He would need to dress up a lot warmer than that here in the UK Dana !! Nice shot.
A very cool sand sculpture, Dana & this photo of it would make a great wacky Christmas card. I remember the year we moved to California, way back in 1972, we sent out Christmas cards that featured a Santa with dark sunglasses reflecting a bright sun, with palm trees in the background - this reminded me of those...
What a wonderful photo shot Dana.
