Description
This week I found this picture when I was looking in my folders,
and because I know purple is the favourite colour of Brigitte, this is for our dear friend,
which I unfortunately couldn't meet when she toured through Europe this summer.
So, dear, I hope you have a wealth of good memories taken back to your continent.
And that you can get used to the life, that perhaps now will never be what it was before;
because of all the experiences that you took to down under.
And, hey, who can say, being twice a year in the summer season?
You rock, liebes Gittielein. Here at RR you've already proven you again with your beautiful photography
of the most beautiful images that can be found there on your gold coast beach.
Purple love to all of you!

Mies, you did a very nice job on this lovely and thoughtful dedication.
You must have read between the lines of your upload, the underwater theme - where I left the comment about the colour purple ... you are very observant Jacominchen, and I THANK YOU very much for being such a good and very caring friend to me ;)) it was just, what the Doctor ordered and cheered me up immensely - and so the day started really well ... ;P The meaning of the Greek word Iris means, rainbow. The plant of Iris is named after the goddess 'Iris' because of its beauty ... it also denotes Royalty ... and ... the flower is known as Tze Hu-tieh or "The Purple Butterfly." ;)) BB ... and now it's back to some more weeding for me and Sugarcane mulching for my Tomatoes and then a dip into the pool - we are having an unbelievable heatwave for the last few weeks - a very early Summer indeed (22C during the nights and 28-30C daytime temps.) 'wish you were here' - to get well again !... (my thoughts for the day and you)
You just know me too well - check my avatar - it's a give-away LOL a perfect dedi and present - I love it ! BB
Hehe, dear Brigitchen, Thank you very much for the information about the name Iris, which is why we gave our second daughter the name "Iris". :)
