I'm having a great time going through my files and recycling some old favorites, turning two or three at a time into something totally new.

This is an interesting project, sort of seeing your art from a different angle. I'm kind of reminded of scrap-book art.

A very dreamy image. What is that right of center? It looks like an anemone.
Luscious colours and intense fruity textures make this another to confuse the senses. I love it.

Digital scrapbooking! What a lovely design!
Now this is almost an undersea image. But in zoom, it's also a scrapbook piece, on very intense purple tinsel paper. (Metallic coated paper.) And ala Mark, I see anemones too. And little chromosomes, and sprinkled little branches or leaves---in the kind of "stick" style typical of Oriental ink painting. And the C, decked out in the only bright mix of colors in the piece---very nice!---with what looks like a processed flower shot. And an "echo" of the C, a little to the right of it. Your painterly effects in this series are beautiful. And your color schemes are intense and very sensual. The old calligraphers celebrated letters with tons of flora and elaborate lines around them: You're celebrating them with deep painterly swirls and oceans, and creatures all around them. Either way, it's a celebration. I hope you do these until you can't stand them anymore: These are wonderful. (And you're recycling your old images too---a wonderful added attraction.) (I was gonna say "you killed two birds with one stone," but I don't like to use killed birds as a way of making a point!)
