In mijn dromen
kan ik vliegen
daar zal ik echt
niet om liegen.
Ze gaan helaas
veel te snel voorbij.
Altijd wordt deze rakker
weer wakker
maar toch weet ik
er is altijd een soort van
vrijheid bij mij.

about that
I tell no lie.
But unfortunately this rascal
wakes up too quickly
and all seems gone
far too fast.
But then
my feelings
they tell me
there is always
a kind of freedom
to me at last.

I love flying dreams. My favorite was once when I flew and I said to myself, "This is real, and it's just like it was in my dreams!" Ahhh ... well, it's fun while it lasts. :) This is a beautiful image through which to fly, dear friend.
