Description
dare you enter?
this was spotted in the Wind River area of Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
outward appearances suggest nothing, but as I walked closer to it, I could feel the power of elder fae magic - this gate has been here for a long time.

Gotta watch out for those stones...powerful magic to be found there!!
Nice capture. Wouldn't it be interesting to have seen that 100/200/300 years ago to see how it might have changed?
2 rocks kissing?
very cool looking. if you find rocks out there that have a mirror surface that was cause by glacial there maybe writings on them. Do not contact anyone but check to see if they do not destroy it like the smithsonian will and many of the local people. or just make up something that make no cent to you. Good one to contact would be the creation evidence museum http://www.creationevidence.org/
Excellent capture!
Fantastic capture!
ancient and beautiful! I like shots like this.
Wonderful work! Cool!
A very mystical and magical area indeed !
The entrance to "Fae Valley", Queen Zlata's realm? Great capture, Mike!! :o)
A truly magical place! Probably dancing in the moonlight there the elves ...
A cool shot my friend and I have to ask how big was the gate was?
Extremely unusual, a really fascinating capture with dynamite detail!!!!!
nice place and wonderful stones!
I certainly would.....if I was like 15 years younger.. Mind you, I'd probably look even now. Good find and shot Rob
When I zoom in, the words "whispering hope' came in my mind, Mike. This is a most suggestive picture, Mike. I love the way the two large (father and mother) stone seem to converse with each other. I don't know, the little one would be able to understand them?
