Description
This image was taken almost a year ago in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in South Africa / Botswana. This gorgeous young lady was trying to stalk two springbuck having a drink of water, using our vehicle and the one next to us to shield her presence. Some dumb idiot then decided it was time to start up his VW Golf and leave, causing the springbuck to run away. Our lady was not in the mood for chasing and proceeded to lie down and just stare into the distance. This was very late afternoon so the light is far from perfect.

The light may not have been perfect but the majesty of this super animal is there in spadefulls. Cats are magnificent creatures.
