Somebody ask for Dusty Springfield? Kidding.
Hmm, the girl in this picture is not an exact match for TWIGGY, but she is definitely twig-ish.
There's no denying that Twiggy was glamorous, and she had amazing eyes. However, to me, her figure left something to be desired. About 50 pounds of it. Maybe 100... So enjoy examining her vertebrae; I'll be off rendering someone softer.
About retro decades to explore visually, the 1950's should be easy. I've already got a "muse" in mind, and it's not the one you're thinking of. No, not that one either. Don't worry, if I render this you'll be like, "Ah, of course!"
The 1940's are tough. I mean, for the first half people were a little too busy to worry about the glam, and in the second half, it didn't matter so much, if you know what I'm saying. So who is the iconic beauty of the forties? Betty Grable? I say that name and I think we're both thinking of the same photo. Va-va-voom! But really, who? Judy Garland? Hmm, help me out here...

Very close Twiggy character. Great job! The 40's ? Lauren Bacall? Katherine Hepburn?
Ooh, good choices! Although, Katharine seemed like "outside of typical" in the group, so maybe Lauren...
Very well done on this image - She did not go out to promote herself as a 'model' but rather someone decided that she was the 'IT' Girl at that time. here's a list of 40's actresses for you to consider: Jean Harlow Claudette Colbert Lucille Ball Vivien Leigh Jane Wyman Mae West Mae West Rita Hayworth Carole Lombard Myrna Loy Jane Russell enjoy
She looks like my doughter-in-law, which is defenitely a compliment.
Yep, a wonderful tribute!! ;-)
