Description
I heeded the subtle reminder that it has been a long time since I've rendered someone skinny. Enjoy counting her ribs!
So, here is something retro-sixties for you! Now, when I think of icons of the 1960's, the first name to spring to my mind is AUDREY HEPBURN. This picture obviously looks nothing like her, but the basics are there: small in every dimension.
I had a hard time comparing this to today's standards of beauty. Despite Hollywood's perpetual obsession with youth, I'm finding that as of 2014, "beautiful" is a term they more often apply to Generation X'ers than to Millennials. You know, Sofia Vergara: beautiful. Halle Berry: beautiful. Emma Stone: a great actor. I suppose it's a good thing that young folks are no longer judging others by their looks - even movie stars. Well, at least out loud. WAR ON WOMEN!
Note that in the 1960's, people aged a little faster, and the best a 40-something woman could hope for would be being called "handsome," which, face it, does not sound like a compliment to a woman.
Of course, I know you guys are far more interested in their personalities anyway! The young lady in the picture seems awfully forward by sixties standards, hmm...
Any other decades worth exploring?

You are brilliant at this, and this ensemble and her style certainly fits the part.
What a sweet smile!! :-)
You've done a great job on this scene! She looks great! though when I think of the 60's, I think of the most famous slender lady of all - Twiggy! You did well on the 60's - it is a toss-up between the 40's or the 50's
This looks great! You've got the hair style quite well. No, not anorectic at all, just pleasantly slim. The make-up is a bit 1960s Hollywood. As for counting ribs? Forget about it. I've seen a lot of 1950s and 1960s women at the beach - not many ribs for the T.Rex bar-b-cue to be seen there! Just a wholesome shape. The dress adds some visual distraction. Whern walking, this pattern has a strange effect on the eyes (or the way the brain perceives the pattern), giving a shimmering appearance of moving more than it actually is. Yupp, I've seen this type of cloth in motion. It was a bit daring at the time! Keep up the good work! :-)
