Description
Treasure House needed a new addition to the fleet (of one) vehicles. It not only had to carry food donations and bread for the food bank, the new vehicle would have to carry more than two people (legally) for other functions besides the food. So May 01 to July 31, we had a campaign to raise money via donation. A business group, whose name escapes me fight now promised to match us, dollar for dollar up to $5,000.00.
Well we did that and much more -
So why this rambling while posting a picture of this beautiful truck?
We had gone over to the local Ford dealer to look at potential prospects. In this dealership there were some other vehicles to look at and drool over.
The truck caught my eye right away, so I took some photos of it.
Anyone have a clue as to what year, make & model?
Thank you all for the wonderful comments & faves. I do appreciate them all.
Have a great Sunday
Mike

Oh God, this is never going to get near ... however ...... Ford, Model T, 1912 ....and bound to be wrong on all counts !!
I'm going to say about 1925?
I don't know, Mike? Perhaps a 1915-18 model BB truck? Just guessing here! A fine photo btw! Great angle and framing! Hope you got a good vehicle for your needs!
Wow this is fabulous Love it Has to be a ford in a ford dealership ummm a ford Model T stakebed maybe round 1919?
Well, it's not a 2015..... I'll tell you that... But it is a real beauty - and lovingly restored! And the drip pan tells me it's still alive... What a great find and photo, Mike!
Assuming the tray underneath is to catch oil, looks like it can run. Don't know the age (would guess WWI era) but like the extra large coffee cup holders.
looks like it is a very early model with the open cab but don't know the year nice capture and hope you get a get good truck.
heheheh,me never drove in my life i would guess this is one from xxxx- BC lol.nice one mike.

Awesome capture, and I can't believe how skinny the front tires are on this old relic, love it!
I'm guessing the drip pan comes standard with this. :D Great shot Mike!
This old truck is really superb, excellent capture!
Mike, this is such a cool capture that I'm glad you shared with us. If my Dad was still alive I'm sure he'd know the year.
Before my time my friend. I am note even taking a guess. Superb capture my friend. God bless.
I love these old vehicles, great pic. x
Reo?
Awesome Golden Oldie !! Thanks for sharing Mike.
Nice old truck!!!!!!! Maybe a model A?
This is a Ford TT (Tin Lizzie) Transporter. Year ... I guess 1926. Really wonderful shot!
COOOOOL
no idea about the truck make or year but you made an outstanding capture. believe or not these do not bring much in auctions. not really desirable for some reason. I have seen them go though and they had to look far better than when Ford rolled them off the assembly line but only brought maybe 12,000
How about a 1917 Diamond Rio? Just a wild guess. Beautiful vehicle.
Excellent, but I am not at all sure, it could be a Ford, but i think it is something we'd never guess!!!!!
no idea... but this is a cool truck.
That is a great photo Mike and it makes me feel good that your fund raising campaign was a success.
