Fabulousc and well composed illustration !!!!!!!!
This is another really strong illustration in a style I love (see my comments on Demon's Kiss). But the composition seems a little more one-sided and heavy on the right that the DK cover. The zombie and the rowboat don't have the proper weight to anchor the left side of the illustration. I do like the way the figures' body language tells a story, as noted above. The women look strong and beautiful, and the men range from looking like layabout playboys to men with an edge.All in all, highly effective and -- like your other cover -- both nostalgic and fresh. I am puzzled, though. This book is already for sale at DriveThruComics with a different cover. Will this cover be on a new edition? Or will it be on a new edition for sale at different sites, such as Lulu? In any case, I will hunt this down. I like Adam's work on this character, and can't wait to see more of your work paired with his.
