I know few will be interested in this model, but it's been so many months since I've posted anything, that I thought I'd at least show myself to be alive. This bowling ball is for use in anything bowling related for the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church, Abilene, Texas. Just to fill in the blanks, the ball was rebuilt and points manipulated and resmoothed several times to give it a slightly uneven warp. Texture and bump maps and reflection, etc., gave it the rest of it's nice weathered look, completed with some dings and scratches. This was rendered in AIR. to fulfill all righteousness, I need to make sure to say that the logo, though altered slightly, is the property of the FLC. I have all kinds of balls and bowling pins and soda cans and so forth that have the logo for publicity purposes, as I work here for them while in grad school.
