Description
I watched quite a bit of anime in the 1990s.
Shukky's freebie B-Co makes several appearances walking the streets of TechnoTown in the background.
Post-processing, as almost always, is a combination of Wingnut's Lo-Fi and GIMP.
Enjoy!
