I'm back.
I've had a few days to catch my breath a bit (outside of work, I mean), and remember the fun things and good friends that have kept me here for 5 years. And indeed, it is you, my friends that will keep me here. No contest prizes could ever match your friendship.
Of course that won't keep me from poking fun at things every so often..... Or the Girls from having a little revenge.......Muahahahaha!
* rubs hands together and cackles *
Thursday was a beautiful day - rain the night before cleansed the air, and provided some wonderful clouds to contrast the blue sky. A perfect day to fly! This is looking south-southeast from behind a small strip mall in Independence, Mo. not far from my house. Interstate 70 can be seen stretching left to right near the middle of the photo. This was from about 200 feet up with my Phantom.
I'm back to work on Page 4 of Chapter 5, along with a few other fun things - stay tuned. And thanks to everyone, my August T.N.A. Pinup has been in the Art Charts for almost a week! A new record! Thank you all! :-D

I-70... I live half a mile away from it.... at night, I can even hear the cars buzz'n down it... and I don't even have one of your toys - lol.... yeah, I've always wanted to get a remote control helicopter and stick a camera on it... after seeing your videos, this looks like the best choice.
