Description
The moon has been this color for the last couple of nights & I decided to see how good a shot my 60x zoom could get. Not as good as I would have liked, but about what I expected. For those of you who might be interested, I shot this at ISO 100, F5.9 & 1 second. I tried higher ISO settings (100 is as low as my camera will go), but this was as much detail as I could squeeze out of it. In this case, zoom is probably not necessary...

very cool capture
Very nice photograph.
Very clever!
Much better than my camera can do! I think this is the province of the guys with telescopes and camera adapters for them. Or maybe a 2000 mm Cat lens. I like what you were able to achieve here though. Good job!
Blood moon! Perhaps because of all the wildfires? Wonderful capture no matter the reason!
Beautiful shot. I love the color caused by the wildfire smoke.
Strange and beautiful capture !!!
Love the color of this August moon. A super shot!
