Description
Ringelôte is the Limburger dialect word for the typical Limburg Sweikhuizer plums.
This species grows mainly in this village. Most meadows here are full of these plum trees.
Sweikhuizen is famous ('ahem') for these plums.
This picture was taken in the backyard of Wiel, and you can also see the home of Jean and Wheel.
Our house is on the same side of the street as that of Jean and Wiel.
Only one house is there in between, there resides our 'weird neighbour'. ;-)
In our backyard we have also two Ringelôte-trees.
You also can see Jean (from my upload before this one) who (still) is picking beans.
Thank you very much, dear friends.

I have never seen plum trees so full of plums, Mies.

Lovely photograph.
a very beautiful staging, I love the forefront! Mies ... you are a wonderful artist!!!
mooie omgeving
De pruimen zien er goed uit,de tarwe kan eraf. Prachtige opname.
A lovely scene, Mies, and with all those plums I expect your are all 'regular'!
What a wonderful shot with all the plums, which remind me alot of our Mirabelle plums. SO lush they seem to be. Here the trees are not very lush . One apple here and two plums there.
Wonderful POV, beautiful color contrasts, and very interesting text! Great capture, Mies!
A fantastic photo of Jean and the plum tree! Een fantastische foto van Jean en de pruimenboom!
