Description
Captured back on 4/4/09, deep inside a Planes of Fame hangar at the Chino Air Museum in semi beautiful Chino, California.
More shots of this beauty, with what I believe is a better color scheme than the Dayton model.
Since the hangar was so dark, lots of lighting and noise control postwork on these pics.
Keep 'em flying.

Fascinating set of shots of this handsome little plane, Harry. I like the yellow and blue scheme, and that kicking mule insignia thingy. Great work making the shots posting-ready, you did well!
This truly is an amazing little plane, Harry.
very cool shots of this history plane
Harry, Thanks for the sitemail. Today I had no problem bringing up these five slick photos. Yesterday...nothing but black. I do recall your visit to Planes of Fame back in 2009. Where does the time go? Your photos of this baby look great. The Air Force Museum in Dayton has another very well cared for version of the P-26 but yours has the added feature of dummy bombs.
I think a beautiful observation aircraft! Beautiful series once again!!!
Thing with Dayton was allot of it was very dark or lit with a yellow light, not sure why but, it was a HUGE and very well cared for museum I have to admit.. The P-26 there was lit yellow, why? No idea. Great series of photos Harry, I love the engine view! Details are great.. I'd love to spend more time at Dayton once more now I can shoot better lol Rob
