Description
Captured 6/15/14, Father's Day, on the starboard forward deck of the Battleship USS Iowa, photos of which I have suspended because of lack of interest.
Although not unusual to see photographers operating in a sitting position, she was probably resting up in preparation for the strenuous tour coming up around the ship.
Shalom.

Wonder what she's shooting? Passing boats, like you did, or other scenery? She's dressed in the right colours for the tour, very nautical, and I see she's using fill flash...amazing what one notices, eh? Good shots, Harry, did she know you were shooting her?
No, she was unaware of my presence or intentions. She was snapping family, and since she was on the far starboard edge, she couldn't see all the way across the deck to the port side for any boats or water from where she was sitting.
with a camera with a lens of 135 m / m, it can take a closer look a scene while pretending she takes pictures! In France, there is an all legislation concerning the protection of persons that would prohibit you post photos of this lady without her permission ...!
This isn't France, so, unless posted, I can take a picture of anyone or anything I want without asking permission.
She never stops taking photos, even as she is taking a rest. ;)
interesting camera !!
Nice looking Jeeps I notice in the parking lot lo Sorry I digress! Nothing like snapping a snapper! Neat candid mate. Rob
