Last year on July 11th was a "significant" birthday for me, what Danes apparently call a "round" birthday. I tracked down a local boutique cake maker and she made me a special cake. This year, I decided to do the same for this years more "mundane" age number. She asked about my interests, and I pointed her to my web site, and this is the result. My "White Witch" image on a cake! Incredibly, the whole thing including the picture is edible, using some kind of ink jet printer I assume ? Fruit cake with marzipan and icing, and it's all mine !
