Description

I often think it's a good thing these are so small. If they were hosepipe size it would be very risky having a nap in the garden.

Wonderful detail in this shot, love the use of shadow in this piece. Also on another interesting example of garden events is sweet pea when it ejects it's seeds, they can be like a stretched elastic band in strength... when dry and the sun beats down you can often hear them too.

My thoughts exactly. A fine image and the leaf makes a perfect backdrop. This is the second time in a day you have mentioned a hose pipe. Got me to thinking about Benny Hill. "I have got a hose pipe, I have got a hose pipe, I have got a hose pipe, what shall I do with it? Stick it up the chimney, stick it up the chimney, stick it up the chimney, and let’s put out the fire." From "The Fire Brigade Song"

Great compo of contrast and light/shadow effects in this garden shot, A. In horror movies these confetti-like growths are huge and choke their victims to death. And, who is Benny Hill?

I'm guessing clematis. At hosepipe size they would indeed be dangerous but then again so are those last remaining pterodactyls still flying about snatching children in the parks.
