Description
YUP, lame title. That is because I dont remember the name of this little pretty one. I took this shot almost where I stood when I captured the barn. (Prev upload.) .......FULL SIZE is a MUST here.
Have a great weekend. AH! I said that already today ;-)
Thanks for viewing and commenting :D

Wow, Brilliant pic and what a lovely moth. It's a 7 ( I think) spotted Burnet.
Thank you so much, Andrea. I will change the title. I was very lucky as it was a windy day. :-)
WOW... It's absolutely fabulous !!!
Fantastic photography
Beautiful moth!!!!!!
So pretty, they almost don't look real! Lovely capture!
Wow, Helle... I agree with Denise...this is such a surprise, it hardly looks real. Great find and capture!
wow this is lovely shot
Amazing work on this lovely and colorful capture, Helle..
Sharp and detailed and beautiful color, and it's just lovely! Glad Andrea knew ... I would be NO help whatsoever! :)
A totally fabulous picture Helle, I like this very much. Andrea was almost correct - it is in fact a Six-spot Burnet.
Thank you, Jeff :-) Il change it :)
dressed for a meal out
What a lovely little person! I don't think we have those here. I guess they don't like the climate here (or maybe they just don't like tornadoes.) This is quite beautiful. What colors! Insects have the best fashion sense, if you ask me! Nobody else (except, maybe, frogs) can get away with wearing those colors with such style.
Fantastic capture.
Yes, I already thought this was near the barn, because you wrote there was a meadow with wild flowers. The moth looks great, each year I see it here too (and make photo's of course), but this year it isn't seen yet. A gorgeous photo, also from the flower, Helle.
beautiful insect and flower, great colors and details
The moth is so colourful Helle. A fabulous capture. God bless.
Wow. Beautiful shot!
