Description
This was the sixth hottest June since records began, but I was too busy with this to go to the beach once!
If you are interested from the top left clockwise:
Cornus 'Porlock' which goes pink from white in hot weather ( a bit like me):
Across a clump of Crocosmia to the rose garden which wasn't a great success this year:
Hydrangea 'Annabelle':
Deutzia 'Le Magicien' and poppies at dusk:
The view from the garden door first thing in the morning, in eastern light:
Pots next to the steamer chair that Ralph usually hogs:
Driftwood 'sculpture':
The bench at breakfast time:
Across the pond to the greenhouse, Acer palmatum 'Aureum' and the procumbent fir :
Campanula growing up the greenhouse :
Arum lillies in what was once a pond, now more of a bog:
Foxgloves 'Excelsior Hybrids' from seed last year, now ready to seed.

Lovely garden you have there Andrea :)
Beautiful photos of your beautiful garden! I am soooo jealous! I could kill everyone of those plants within a week! :( Not exactly a green-thumb here. :( Thanks for sharing your talent (photos and gardening!). :)
Beauty wherever you look Andrea. Super pics.
The kind of garden dreams are made of, I can see there has been plenty of work through the years to get it looking so wonderfully natural, such things rarely happen all by themselves, I sense plenty of sweat and tears through the years in order to be able to take the many shots you do today... that is the reward for that work.. the beauty we see... even Monet would be jealous!. Well done, great collection of shots.
Very beautiful flowers and shots!
Wow, what a stunning paradise you have created. I hope you find time to enjoy immersing yourself in it.
Full of colour, garden looks lovely, no wonder the critters love it.
A triumph Andrea. Really beautiful
Beautiful captures / collage !
It looks like an enchanted forest! I really love your garden... it is gorgeous! :)
June is busting out all over in splendid lush fashion, if this montage is any indication. Since climate change has come to your small part of the world, you should be able to grow palm trees, cycads, hibiscus, and various cacti and succulents. But on the negative side, no more fungi, moss and other denizens of the lush forest.
All the photos show your love of nature and what it offers, not to mention your great photography the only thing I see missing from your photos that I've seen in the others previously is one of your furkids wandering around
WONDERFUL !!!
MARVELLOUS ! Andrea ... will inspect it soon for myself ;P BB It's 'Ciao' from me for now, leaving tomorrow morning ! - (until my return in September)
Magnificent!
I caught up just in time for your garden montage and I can't tell how much I enjoyed you identification of everything! An outstanding zoom!
This image made me think of the song "In An English Country Garden", but since the recent conviction of Rolf Harris on 12 counts of child molestation I'll forgo the lyrics and just say how chameleon-like your garden is. Always beautiful, each montage looks like a different garden. I agree with Dana, it also serves as a great learning tool.
Oh! How beautiful! It's such a joy to see your garden, and June must be the most gorgeous month of all. Superb!
so very wonderfull ! you're blessed !!
Superb captures and collage Andrea. Seems as if i am not receiving e-bots of my favorite artists. God bless.
Your garden amazes me. Because of the drought we are not allowed to water anything outside. So no flowers in my yard. Your yard is stunning and I realize how much work is takes to keep it looking this beautiful. Lovely collage!
OHH Your amazing garden is just so delightful and I am sure it costs alot of work and backpains, unfortunately. I do hope you remember to rest well in between. :) I absolutely adore your paradise. :-))))))
This is magnificent, Andrea, and what a great view you have by your break'feast' on the bench. I would love to join you, Andrea. Helle is so right, by calling it your paradise. Hehe, and you the princess, who can change your color, depending on the temperature. I love the Arum lilies, they make your garden exotic, anyway, your garden looks exotic to me. This must have cost a lot of garden work. (btw, you were right, it is an Eagle owl, Andrea. Thank you for telling me, but I don't know what you mean with 'my ID'.)
beautiful collage
Sigh. everytime I see your monthly garden montages .. I sigh. It's just so beautiful
