Description
My pond has scores of mating damselflies at present, both Large reds and Azures. I like this wide view of the pond with the reflection of the sky and the plants, but you can see a close crop Here

beautiful reflections of the sky !!
So lovely Andrea
Your pond looks great, the water is green in ours - the gold fish need a torch!!
there is poetry in the composition, peace and silence! ;o)
Fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great colors in this shot.
I like the version too Andrea. Isn't it amazing how they do this. If it were that way in humanity, you'd get arrested for strangulation/rape
I like this one Great capture
AMAZING WORK! SPLENDID SHOT!
Lots of this going on these days, great photo.
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
So well seen and captured. :-)
a crock of gold
Lovely reflections. I have to say that the close up is spectacular. I keep expecting one of them to turn to you and say, "May we have some privacy, PLEASE!"
I love your pond!
Nice work Andrea, I really like this piece, the reflections really add to the shot and the damselflies add a focal point.
The pond backdrop makes this capture truly unique! Excellent capture!
Super pic.
Wow, really amazing !
I thought that the green lumps were mating frogs until I zoomed and spotted the damselflies. Excellent reflections! A sweet enlargement on the other side.
WOW! What a marvel! Such brilliant critters too. Such angles! Who would have guessed that geometry could be so...romantic? Leave it to insects to exploit that little-known-aesthetic niche! I love the reflections and the colors! Life is such a fantastic thing, and it's great to see that it's going on an making new life. This is brilliant!
