Description
Another photo of the male Cordulegaster boltonii in my garden.
I am very lucky to get visits from this beautiful boy around my pond, as they prefer running water.

A bit of chasing then Andrea and another super shot.
Very excellent view of all his charms!
Sweet capture
Thats a beauty. Great focus, I still have a tough time with DF's. Don't know why? Good job.
Excellent shooting Andrea!
Another excellent photo, the wings look so delicate.
Such a handsome green-eyed boy. They must feel very comfortable around you for you to get so close so often.
I am really fascinated by the lovely patterns depicted on the Cordulegaster boltonii dragonfly. And, you have absolutely no concept of just how lucky you are, Andrea, not only in snapping stunning photos of beauties like this, but in having any insects to capture at all. Is my envy showing? Good.
He is a beauty, and a lovely shot. The greenery (evergreen or yew?) makes a great backdrop.
A very difficult subject to catch, excellent!
Wonderful capture... Aloha
The whole green color tone spectrum is spot on. ONE OF YOUR BEST !! popped into Fav´s
