Description
Deep in the heart of a flower from the Common Foxglove, I discovered this little fly (or at least, it's an insect).
Latin name: Digitalis purpurea .
Dutch: Vingerhoedskruid.
I call it: The Beauty and The Beast. I don't know who's who, because this plant is poisonous.
And we should say: "this insect is in the belly of the beast", it's a Dutch saying:
"Zich bevinden in het hol van de leeuw".
And I guess in English it is : "beard the lion in his den".
Anyway it's a macro shot, so zoom is recommended.
Thank you very much for your visit. :)
