Description
Banteay Srei is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. It was built by Jayavarman V (ruled 968 to 1001) and is located 21 km northeast of Bayon. It is known for its well preserved exquisite carvings of male and female divinities, executed in pink sandstone and for its inventive architecture.
Banteay Srei was for many years kept off the visitor map by Khmer Rouge activities (Source: Lonely Planet, Cambodia September 1992; 3rd edition, April 2000; Local tour guide).

WOW....COOL. Each piece wall tells a story. Here I can spend the whole day. So much wonderful details. Fantastic shot, my friend.
A must zoom and spectacular carving. What a well preserved structure! A lovely photo my friend!
The sort of image that really sets your imagination on fire. I'd like to imagine Lord Shiva stands behind one of these doors!
