'Another thing Gordon reminded me was he wants us to wear suits tonight. He is in a classy mood and also wants to see what we look like in them. Good thing we brought ours with. He says he knows Tito has one because he just bought him one.' The guys quickly get freshened up and change into their suits. Fortunately for Tito, he lives down on the main floor with his Mom, so he quickly goes there and changes. Tito directs them to the little Bistro, a very quaint looking place with a charm all it's own. They are greeted at the door by the maître d' who escorts them back to a nice quiet little corner where Gordon is already waiting. The maître d' introduces himself and says he is also their waiter. Gordon has already had some items brought to the table along with a fine wine. The glasses are already poured as the guys sit down. The conversation begins immediately as everyone feels relaxed with one another. The waiter excuses himself to get the menu's. After Todd leaves, Gordon tells them Todd is another one of his models. Gordon can't help but tell them how much he loves the food here and tells them not to worry any about what to order. He wants this to be a memorable occasion for them all and makes sure they know he is picking up the tab. This place has been one of his crowning discoveries, he tells them. Todd, their waiter, returns with the menus and gives them plenty of time to check them over. Gordon answers several questions about some of the items, since a lot of them are foreign to all three guys. Before long, they all decide what they want and Todd takes their order. Conversations flow and the time streams by. The food is above and beyond everyone's expectations and they can't rave enough about it's high quality. But the desserts... Oh, the desserts! It would take another chapter to discuss them, so I won't go into them here. Suffice to say, they lived up to the previous food's standards and then some. Once they have finished and have let their food settle, they get down to business. Gordon has brought along some papers for them to look over and has bounced a couple figures off Reed. Skylar and Reed both look a bit astonished, never figuring they'd see such generous offers. Before the night is finished, Reed and Skylar have signed contracts.
