very lovely sorry to hear him passing as I knew this man he was an amazing talent. I still remember his warning to check the copies of the images to a DVD as he thought he had them on there but find out he made an error and lost a year work. I to lost some that way but not that much. I pray for you and his family

It's always so sad to read, when somebody passes away - in this case a dear friend of yours and an amazing photographer - I just had visited the gallery to so see what I had been missing, because I wasn't familiar with his work and I find it even more sad now, never to have known him before, but his work will still live on, here forever! - it's wonderful! ... Shit! I finally decided to give your gallery a look and then this. I really admired Dave's work and his glimpses of life on the big island. I add my condolences for you and Dave's family. I will miss the rainbows and sunsets and the waves.
So sorry to learn about his death :-( On a side note however... This capture is so beautiful :-) I really love this one, and a very comforting dedi indeed. Great capture my Friend.
