Reed Bogdanovich and Skylar Pope arrived at their friend, Jessie Arrowhead's home in the hills surrounding San Diego, California shortly before noon. Jessie had been at a party Reed and Skylar were at over the holiday weekend. During the party, he mentioned to them that he was worried about his Mustang getting burned what with all the fire dangers in the area. Jessie was a photographer at the 3D Only Powerage Modeling agency and had recently taken some photos of Skylar for a fashion magazine. That was where he first met Skylar and his good buddy Reed. Skylar and Reed were good friends dating from their first years at college where they had been roommates. Jessie was soon accepted into their little group. Getting back to the party, Jessie proposed that Skylar and Reed drive his beloved Mustang over to Miami, Florida to remove it from the current fire dangers. He had another house there where he wanted to keep it till the fire dangers lessened. He had business in Miami in a couple weeks, but didn't want to drive that far. Jessie said he would cover all their expenses and provide air fare for their return to San Diego. Skylar and Reed talked it over and decided it would be a fantastic way to begin the summer. To further sweeten the pot, Jessie said he had a photo opportunity he was scheduled to shoot and they were looking for some hot male models. He thought for sure Skylar would be a shoe-in and with Reed's good looks, he didn't think he'd have any trouble getting him into it as well. They could take a couple weeks to drive over to Miami which would give them plenty of time to see the sites along the way.
